Which lash style would suit me best?
Not sure which style to choose?
I’m happy to recommend a lash style based on your eye shape, desired look, and natural lashes during your appointment.
How should I prepare for my lash appointment?
Try to arrive with clean lashes to help save time.
However, I understand this is not always possible and I’m happy to clean your lashes and remove makeup for you before we begin.
How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last up to 3–4 weeks before requiring an infill.
Lashes over 4 weeks will require booking a new set.
Do you infill lashes from other artists?
No, I only infill my own work.
However, I can remove lashes applied by other artists at no extra cost before applying a fresh new set.
Can I still get lash extensions if I have short natural lashes?
Absolutely.
For shorter or sparse natural lashes, I usually recommend Classic or lower volume lash sets for the best retention and comfort.
Can I get my lashes wet after the appointment?
Please keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours after your appointment.
After 24 hours, you can clean your lashes as normal.
Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?
Mascara is not recommended while wearing lash extensions.
Do lash extensions damage natural lashes?
Lash extensions will not damage your natural lashes when properly cared for.
Try to avoid picking, tugging, or rubbing your eyes excessively.
What is your cancellation policy?
No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
Repeated no-shows may not be rebooked.
What happens if I’m running late?
Please message me as soon as possible.
I’ll always try my best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
